Must-See Movies for Adults During this COVID-19 Pandemic
Due to rapid escalation of the COVID-19 pandemic, our government and medical professionals have asked us to practice social distancing and self-isolation. COVID-19 SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN LIGHTLY!! Although it can be boring staying inside and most would rather spend time with others outside, neglecting social distancing not only puts ourselves in harm, but our loved ones as well. I personally cannot stress the importance of social distancing and self-isolation enough. I have not left my house in 3 weeks, but have just realized how big of a bargain this is for maintaining my health.
To pass the time in self-isolation, I though providing a list of movies to watch would be extremely helpful. One of the best aspects about movies is their ability to bring people out of isolation and into different settings such as the flats of Beverly Hills in Garry Marshall's Pretty Woman and all the way into outer space in the 2013 movie Gravity.
My list of recommended movies will be split into three different sections: movies for children/while family, movies for teenagers, and movies for adults. In this specific column I will only share my list of "must-watch" movies for adults. Prior to this column, I have written two columns, one containing a list of "must-watch" movies for teenagers and the other of "must watch" movies for children/whole family.
